Clients must provide accurate information and timely approvals for content. Delays caused by clients may impact delivery timelines.

6. Content Ownership & Usage Rights

- Upon full payment, clients receive rights to use content as agreed.

- Groupchain reserves the right to showcase work in portfolios or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed.

7. Limitation of Liability

Groupchain is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our content or services.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during collaboration.

9. Termination

Groupchain reserves the right to terminate services for breach of these terms, non-payment, or misuse of content.

10. Amendments

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom.
